before the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court seeking
additional three month`s time for completing investigations
into the mysterious death of Deputy CMO Y S Sachan.

transferred further investigations of the case to the CBI and
directed it to complete the probe in three month`s time which
is coming to an end on October 14.

Meanwhile, the CBI moved another application before
the lower court requesting that documents relating to police

provided to the accused until its ongoing investigations in
this case are not completed.
