Ghaziabad: The police on Wednesday claimed to have busted a sex racket with the arrest of nine persons, including four women, from a flat near Santosh Medical College here.
On the complaint of residents of Pratap Vihar Colony, the Vijay Nagar police carried out a raid at the flat last night and arrested nine persons -- five men and four women, SHO, Vijay Nagar, Haridayal Singh Yadav said.
The sex racket was run by a woman, who was among those arrested, he added.
The action by police was taken after repeated complaints by the residents of Pratap Vihar Colony.
All accused have been sent to jail, Yadav said.
