Lucknow: To formulate its strategy for the
2012 Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls, the state convention of
Samajwadi Party will be held in Gorakhpur from February 10 to
12, party sources said here Monday.
"The party will hold its seventh state convention in
Gorakhpur next year from February 10 to 12," party spokesman
Rajendra Chowdhury said.
The three-day convention, where the party's strategy for
the 2012 UP Assembly elections would be discussed, would be
addressed by party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav and all the
party MPs, MLAs and office bearers would be present, he said.
