Speeding bus rams into cart, one dead in Muzaffarnagar

Muzaffarnagar: A horse cart owner was
killed and 25 others were injured when a bus hit the cart near
Butrara village, police said.

The accident occurred last evening on the
Khatima-Panipat highway when the speeding bus hit the cart,
they said.

The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old
Ombir, they said, adding that the 25 others injured in the
accident have been admitted to a hospital.
