Sitapur: With the death of two
children, the toll due to diarrhoea has reached 19 in the
district, a senior Health official said on Thursday.
The two children died in Reosa and Mehmudabad blocks
yesterday, Chief Medical Officer Vijay Verma said.
He said health camps were being organised in the affected
areas and awareness was being spread among the people about
safe drinking water.
Over 50 children were undergoing treatment in different
health centres of the district, he said.
