Lucknow: Seven persons were on Sunday killed and nine others injured when a truck collided with another vehicle in Panchsheel Nagar here.
The incident occurred when a canter carrying pilgrims from Palval in Haryana to Garhmukteshwar overturned after colliding with another truck near Pilkhua village this morning, they said.
The deceased have been identified as Rajesh, Chandrabhan, Satish, Govind, Adesh, they said, adding that two unidentified persons were also killed in the accident.
The injured were admitted to Saraswati medical college, they said.
