Lucknow: Weather was mainly dry over the state and moderate fog occurred at a few places on Monday.
The night temperature appreciably fell in Agra division, fell in Bareilly division and changed little in the remaining divisions of the state, the MeT office said here.
It was appreciably above normal in Varanasi, above normal in Gorakhpur, Faizabad, Allahabad and normal in the remaining divisions of the state.
Lowest minimum temperature in the state was 7.8 degrees Celsius recorded at Muzaffarnagar.
The MeT office has forecast that rain/thundershowers would occur at isolated places in west UP and weather would be mainly dry over east UP tomorrow.
Moderate fog would also occur at isolated places in west UP and at a few places in east UP, it said.
