Kaushambi (UP): Two teenaged girls were allegedly raped in separate incidents in the city, police sources said Wednesday.
A 17-year-old girl was allegedly raped by three youths for over a week in Madhwamai village in Saini area here after they abducted her on August 17, police said.
The girl somehow managed to escape and reached her home on August 25 and her family members registered an FIR against three youths in this regard yesterday.
The police has launched a manhunt to nab the accused.
In a separate incident, in Perwa village in Pipri area, a 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a youth of the same village yesterday.
The police has registered an FIR in this regard and is probing the matter.
