Woman gang-raped by four in Meerut

Meerut: A 45-year-old woman was allegedly gang-raped by four persons who forcefully entered her house in Kanker Khera area here, police said on Tuesday.

Kallan, Gulfaam, Afzaal and an unidentified man entered the victim's house last night when her husband was not at home and raped her, they said.

The victim has also alleged that the accused threatened her of dire consequences if she revealed the matter to anyone.

The woman has been sent for post mortem and further investigations are on in the case, they said.
