Youth arrested for sodomising minor boy in UP

Baghpat (UP): A 12-year-old boy was allegedly sodomised by a neighbour in Khekhda area here following which the accused was arrested, police said on Wednesday.

The accused, identified as Hasrat (25), yesterday sodomised the boy after taking him to a secluded place from his house, they said.

The incident came to light when the boy narrated it to his parents, who complained to police in this connection, they said.

An FIR was registered on the basis of their complaint, they said, adding that the accused has been arrested.
