New Delhi: A cloudburst and incessant rains affected three villages and washed away several houses in Uttarkashi, Uttrakhand late last night.
It was around midnight when suddenly the cloud burst and within hours flash floods washed away many houses, shops, roads.
However, there are no reports of any casualties so far.
