Husband, in-laws arrested for abetting suicide of newly-wed

Dehradun: Husband and in-laws of a woman,
who allegedly committed suicide last week, have been arrested
for allegedly harassing her for dowry in Pauri district,
police said Monday.

Mamta(23) allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself
from a tree on April 14 in Siroli village of the district.

Bhaskar Tomar and his parents were arrested yesterday
following a complaint by Rajendra Kandari, father of the
deceased, police said.
