Uttarakhand govt to issue "blacksheet" against Congress

Uttarakhand government on Thursday rejected the "chargesheet" submitted by Congress to President Pratibha Patil alleging widespread corruption under BJP rule.

and said it would soon issue a " blacksheet" listing
"non-performance" of Congress leaders of the hill state.
"I reject the chargesheet submitted by Congress as the
points raised in it have already been disposed off," state
Tourism Minister Madan Kaushik told reporters here.
The state government has already got a "clean chit" in
alleged Sturdia land scam in Rishikesh from the Supreme court
while allotment of mini hydel project case was rejected by
Uttarakhand High Court, he said, adding, Public Accounts
Committee is hearing the cases of CAG report. " So, where is
the scope for investigations?," said Kaushik.
