Kumbh Mela: Thousands take holy dip during first 'Shahi Snan'

Lakhs of people are diving in the Godavari River on the auspicious day of Purnima. The event is very well maintained where the first dive comes from ‘Akhara’ clan and then comes the turn of common people. The crowd is much excited to see the Naga sadhus who are taking the first dive today. Naga Sadhus never come in the sight of common people and keep up their meditation in the Himalayas, except the Maha Kumbh Mela.
