The BJP in West Bengal on Saturday complained to the state election commission alleging that the 10 per cent dearness allowance hike announced by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, was a violation of the model code of conduct.

Kolkata: The BJP in West Bengal on Saturday complained to the state election commission alleging that the 10 per cent dearness allowance hike announced by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, was a violation of the model code of conduct.
