Kolkata: A girl was forcibly taken in a taxi from Chakraberia area to Rajarhat in the city outskirts by two youths Saturday evening but local people came to her rescue, police said.

The girl was forcibly taken away by the youths when she had gone out to buy biscuits for her mother, they said.
