Barasat: A land dealer was shot dead
Thursday by unidentified attackers on GC Road under Khardah police station in North 24 Parganas district, the police said.
The land dealer, identified as Khokan, was buying meat
from a shop when three motorbike borne assailants shot at him
and fled.
When he was taken to B N Bose Hospital in Barrackpore,
doctors declared him brought dead, the sources said.
Asked on the reason behind the murder, the sources
said investigation was on to find that out.
