being a soldier, i can assume that, the local people & the administration of newly elected govt`s vigilence can stop a civil war. from my childhood i heard and witnessed a lot of political insergences in my native dist. but who will get the lead to inovate our society. we were the best regional community by education, knowledge, society, patriotism, civilization, communal harmony etc. but ous basics of pre independence & upto 1967, 1971 & 1977 were being changed by them. so we are affected. change is now the necessity of young bengal.
