Hooghly: Post-civic-poll violence
left six injured at Chandannagar in Hooghly district on Wednesday
when bombs were allegedly thrown at a gathering of Trinamool
Congress supporters, the police said.
Trinamool Congress sources alleged that the incident
occurred at Tatibagan area when bombs were thrown from a
victory procession of CPI(M) at ward number 5 that caused
injuries to a Trinamool councillor and five others.
