WB: Six killed, 50 injured as bus overturns

Burdwan (WB): Six persons were on Tuesday killed
and around 50 others injured when a bus in which they were
travelling overturned and fell into a roadside ditch near
Katwa in Burdwan district, officials said.
The bus was on its way to Tarapith from Krishnagar when
it overturned at Jatinpur near Katwa at around 8.30 AM, they
said.
Six persons died on the spot, they said, adding the
injured have been admitted to Katwa Sadar Hospital, where
condition of four of them was stated to be serious.
