West Bengal: Two CPI(M) workers killed

Two CPI(M) activists were allegedly killed by Congress workers in Kapasdanga village of Murshidabad district, police said on Tuesday.

village of Murshidabad district, police said on Tuesday.
Mahabul Sheikh (55) and his 19-year-old son Notobar
Sheikh were killed last night after their house was set afire.
While the son died in the blaze, Mahabul, who managed
to survive, was killed after bombs were hurled at him by the
attackers, they said adding that eight persons have been
detained for questioning.

Blaming Congress party workers for the attack, the
CPI(M) has called for a 12-hour bandh in the district
tomorrow.
