Kolkata: A woman was allegedly gangraped at Golf Garden Road in Tollygunje area here on Friday night.
Locals said the woman was forcibly taken away from the road by some people and was later raped.
However, police did not confirm the incident.
No complaint has been officially lodged as yet, police said.
In February, an Anglo-Indian woman had filed a complaint saying she was raped while returning from a night club on Park Street in central Kolkata. The main accused in the case is still at large.
