London: Spanish tennis star Rafa Nadal has promised to defend the Wimbledon title that he won last year.
“Every day I play with pressure, I wake up with it and then you have to go out and play with it on your shoulders and in your mind,” he said.
“I was tired mentally and physically, but I was able to relax at home, go fishing, play golf, be with my family and friends,” he admits.
“You must have distractions to take your mind off tennis, there must be other things in life. But, it’s hard to switch off, especially with Wimbledon so close,” he added.
