Deasy says the teacher was removed from contact with children
at Miramonte Elementary School after someone made accusations
Deasy won`t provide details but says the teacher is under
law enforcement investigation.
KTTV-TV first reported the development this morning and a news agency confirmed it with a sheriff`s official.
Mark Berndt was charged this week with committing lewd
acts against 23 students, some as young as 6.
A sheriff`s investigator says the second teacher has not
been arrested or charged.
