Baquba: Suspected suicide bombers blew up an ambulance Wednesday in an attack targeting a police office in Iraq`s Diyala province, killing 14 people and injuring 64 others, security officials said.
A separate attack against Shiite worshippers heading from Baquba to the city of Karbala to commemorate the death of Imam Hussein left three dead and 15 injured.
Wednesday`s attacks came a day after a suicide bomber in Tikrit killed 60 people and injured nearly 150 others who were queuing for a job outside a police station. That attack was Iraq`s deadliest since the new government was formed in December.
