Quantico (Virginia): A military spokesman said three person, including the shooter who succumbed to self-inflicted wounds, died during a shooting at Marine Corps Base Quantico in the US.
Authorities were in a standoff with the suspect who had barricaded himself in barracks.
Lt. Agustin Solivan says the shooting began around 11 pm Thursday (local time).
Solivan believed that the suspect could be a staff member at the officer candidate school at the base.
No information on the victim has been released.
