According to a report published in 'MailOnline', men in Encuzilhada buy raffle tickets so that they can win a young girl for sexual pleasure.
The tickets are priced for around Rs 500 and the person who comes first is offered a virgin.
Notably, Brazil has the second highest rate of child prostitution in the world.
The particular area is considered to be backward and the deprived girls easily fall prey to the gangs who lure them to such dirty games, in return for monetary benefits.
