British Prime Minister David Cameron warned of economic risks across Europe after anti-austerity party Syriza swept to victory in Greece`s general elections on Sunday.

London: British Prime Minister David Cameron warned of economic risks across Europe after anti-austerity party Syriza swept to victory in Greece`s general elections on Sunday.

"The Greek election will increase economic uncertainty across Europe. That`s why the UK must stick to our plan, delivering security at home," Cameron wrote on his Twitter account.
