Canadian police find 7 tons of hashish

Montreal: Police in Montreal have found seven tons of hashish wrapped in laptop-sized bricks in an abandoned container, CBC news network said.
"It`s a big one," a Royal Canadian Mounted Police spokesman told the network about the drug haul, which one reporter estimated would be enough to intoxicate everybody in Canada.
Police were alerted to the stash of cannabis resin by an anonymous caller at the weekend, CBC said.
The haul`s estimated value was not given, but the RCMP in 2007 said the street price of hashish was about USD 10 per gram, or USD 70 million for the entire stash.
