China opposes all forms of cyber attacks and cyber "terrorism", the country`s foreign minister told US Secretary of State John Kerry on Sunday.

Beijing: China opposes all forms of cyber attacks and cyber "terrorism", the country`s foreign minister told US Secretary of State John Kerry on Sunday.

Foreign Minister Wang Yi made the remarks in a telephone call with Kerry on Sunday night, according to a statement posted on the foreign ministry`s website on Monday.

China opposes any country or person using other nations` internal facilities to conduct cyber attacks on third-party countries, Wang told Kerry.

The United States concluded on Friday that North Korea, one of China`s allies, was responsible for a large-scale hacking of Sony Pictures.
