Cairo: Pro-Morsi supporters on Thursday called for massive demonstrations daily before the trial of Egypt’s ousted president Mohammed Morsi on November 4.

Morsi was toppled by Army chief General Abdel Fattah al-Sisi in July. He is facing charges of stirring murder and violence in connection to deadly clashes outside presidential palace in December. He was kept in an undisclosed location for four months since he was ousted.

The trial had triggered tensions between the Morsi supporters backed by Muslim Brotherhood and Egyptian Army. Later, a court had ordered ban on Brotherhood.

Earlier, when Army had cleared two protest camps in Cairo, hundreds died which further broke out the riots.
