Moscow: Tests conducted at the European Union's 143 nuclear reactors have revealed "hundreds" of problems that could need between 10 billion and 25 billion euros (up to USD 32.5 billion) to fix, according to a leaked EU draft report.

The report, which was to be released late Thursday, says that two nuclear power plants are particularly vulnerable, namely Olkiluoto in Finland and Forsmark in Sweden, Der Spiegel said.

The report says that none of the 58 nuclear power plants in France meet the safety standards set by the International Atomic Energy Agency.

It does not say that any nuclear reactor in Europe is too unsafe to operate.
