New Delhi: US president Barack Obama and PM Narendra Modi on Sunday held the crucial bilateral talks at the Hyderabad House over lunch.

Besides the crucial talks that included topics like nuke deal, defence and trade, it would also be worth taking a look at what the menu of the lunch shared by the leaders of the world's two significant democracies looked like.

The Ministry of External Affairs tweeted the menu for the two leaders' lunch and it does look delicious with a delicious mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine.

The non-vegetarian menu offered dishes like murgh neza kebab - escallops of chicken marinated with gram flour, cream and cooked in a tandoor; shrimp karavalli, stir fried tiger shrimps flavoured with tellicherry black pepper and star anise; and mahi sarson, fish cooked with mustard.​

While the vegetarian delicacies included Shatwar ka shorba (asparagus soup), paneer lababdar, ananas aur paneer ka soola (char-grilled cottage cheese with pineapple), nadru ke goolar (lotus stem kababs), kela methi nu shaak, mixed vegetable kalonji, Gujarati kadhi, matar pulao, roti/naan. Moreover, in sweets, the menu presented Gajar ka halwa and gulab jamun.
