The sexagenarian Pakistani cricketer-turned-politician has finally spilled the beans on the highly-speculated topic of his second marriage to former BBC weather girl Reham Khan.
Addressing the media at his sprawling residence in Islamabad, Khan said,“Marriage is not a crime. I will share good news with the nation next week”.
Imran made the announcement after returning from London, where he had gone to reportedly meet his two sons.
However, it is not yet confirmed if Imran has married Reham Khan or is yet to get married.
Speaking from his home in Islamabad on Tuesday, Imran sought to justify his wedding saying “anyone can marry whenever he/she wants”.
He added that he did not come clear about his wedding earlier as he first wanted to meet his two sons in London.

Just a week ago, Imran had taken to twitter to douse the raging speculations over his marriage, calling them “highly exaggerated”.

Meanwhile, Imran's ex-wife Jemima, whom Imran divorced in 2004, has wished him well.

Jemima dropped the surname 'Khan' in October last year after coming to know about his ex-husband's remarriage plans.
"My ex-husband, Imran, recently announced that he intended to get remarried soon, which made me think it’s probably time to change my name back to Goldsmith," she was quoted as saying by the Telegraph.
Reham Khan, 41-year-old, is a divorcee and a mother-of-three.
Imran Khan,62, who had first married Jemima Goldsmith in 1995, has two sons from her.
