Tehran: Iran Thursday said a new round of expert talks between the Islamic Republic and world powers was "fruitful", a media report said.

Iran and the P5+1 or the five permanent members of the UN Security Council - the US, China, Russia, France and Britain - plus Germany wrapped up their expert-level nuclear talks Wednesday in New York, Press TV reported.
"In these negotiations, the latest expert views on the technical nuclear issues were studied," head of Iran`s nuclear negotiating team Hamid Baeidinejad said.
The two-day nuclear talks were being held alongside the ongoing third session of the Preparatory Committee (PrepCom) for the 2015 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).
