Tehran: Iranian supreme leader Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei has joined Instagram, a free photo sharing site.
Since joining Instagram a week ago Ayatollah Khamenei has uploaded images of prayer services and meetings.
The photos are given trendy filters to give them old-school authentic look, The Telegraph reports.
Though Khamenei has uploaded only four photos so far, they have already been hit by 272 followers and 65 ‘likes’. The supreme leader is featured in all of the photos.
