Is Vladimir Putin immortal? Pictures say so

Moscow: Internet is abuzz with conspiracy theories over pictures suggesting Russian President Vladimir Putin is 'immortal'.

Two pictures dated 1920 and 1941 have gone viral on the social networking websites - triggering a new debate over the 63-year-old powerful Russian leader.

Strangely, many of Putin's supporters have expressed confidence that the Russian President may have been alive for more than hundred years.

According to a report published in disclose.tv, some even think that the Russian leader is a mythical creature that resides on our planet for hundreds, if not thousands of years.

In 2015, the Russian President topped Forbes’ Most Powerful People list for the third year in a row.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel was placed at the second spot followed by US President Barack Obama (third) and Pope Francis (fourth) and Chinese President Xi Jinping (fifth).
