London: Islamist extremists in the UK have publicly demanded the prosecution of the British Queen for "genocide" as she "applauded" those who "massacred thousands of innocent people", a news report said on Saturday.

42-year-old Anjem Choudary and several of his supporters have demanded the prosecution of Queen Elizabeth II, who as "the head of this country" sanctioned British troops to wipe out the civilian population in Afghanistan, The Sun said today.
"She is the one who applauds her sons and daughters to
go out and massacre hundreds and thousands of innocent
people," they were quoted as saying by British tabloid in an
internet rant.

"Shouldn`t she be tried for genocide and the
extermination of a nation?" They insist: "Yes."
However, British lawmakers have taken offense at the
public demand made by Choudary.

"We must recognise Mr Choudary`s words for what they
are - weapons being wielded by al-Qaeda and the Taliban. This
is the next phase of an enemy operation in our country," said
Patrick Mercer, the chairman of the Houe of Commons
counter-terrorism sub-committee.

Labour MP Andrew Dismore said the Queen should
prosecute HIM. "It`s about time he was busted," Dismore
underlined.

Security forces are currently investigating Choudary,
who is on benefits and is a close to hate preacher Omar Bakri.
He had earlier demanded that gays be stoned to death, the
report in the London-based tabloid said.
