Jerusalem: Israel on Monday welcomed European
Union's efforts to foil Iran's nuclear ambitions by imposing
sanctions on the Islamic Republic's oil exports, saying it was
"a step in the right direction".
Israel's Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, made the
remarks while speaking at his Likud party's faction meeting
stressing that "it is still too early to predict the outcome
of the sanctions".
