London: Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, delivered a baby boy on late night Monday at St Mary`s Hospital. Prince William’s first call after the birth of his baby was to the Queen on an encrypted phone. At the same time, the Royal couple’s private secretary Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton notified British Prime Minister David Cameron of the birth of the royal baby. As the baby arrived, a framed announcement of the birth was displayed behind the gates of Buckingham Palace for the public. The frame was displayed on a wood and gold easel.
