Rome: Newly-separated Silvio Berlusconi says he has no trouble getting a date.
The Italian premier, known for his playboy reputation, joked on Friday that "now that I`ve become single, they`re lining up”.
Berlusconi was speaking at the launch of a book that collects the notes of good wishes he received after an attack by a mentally ill man in December broke his nose and two teeth.
Asked whom he likes to write to, Berlusconi quipped that he enjoys writing "to all of my girlfriends”.
The 73-year-old was engulfed in a sex scandal last year centring on his purported dalliances with young women, including an escort. His wife, Veronica Lario, said last year she was seeking a divorce.
Berlusconi has said he is "no saint”. He has denied ever paying for sex.
