Over 10 Myanmar soldiers killed near Thai border

Colonel Sansern Kaewkamnerd said that Myanmar authority has contacted Thai authority over 13 Myanmar soldiers killed in Myanmar territory.

Bangkok: Colonel Sansern Kaewkamnerd said on Friday that Myanmar authority has contacted Thai authority over 13 Myanmar soldiers killed in Myanmar territory near western border province of Ranong of Thailand.
Sansern said the 13 soldiers exchanges fire with an unidentified group around noon.
The Thai authority is now investigating whether this involved a group of Thai people who illegally entered Myanmar border.
