Poroshenko says agreements with EU leaders, Russia `not respected`

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said Monday that certain points agreed with the leaders of Russia, France and Germany in four-way talks this weekend "were not respected".

Poroshenko did not elaborate on what points these were, in a statement released after a second round of phone talks just hours before a ceasefire in conflict-torn eastern Ukraine is due to expire, without saying whether the truce would be extended.
