Besides politics, Mr Bance also runs a business of repairing appliances.
But that was before CBC aired a video, recorded in 2012, that shows Jerry Bance peeing into a coffee cup while he is at a customer's home to attend to a service call.
Bance is seen pouring the pee filled cup down the sink and then rinsing the cup, all the while the home owner was in the next room..
Following the controversy, the Conservative Party has dropped him as a candidate.
Bance later said in a statement: “I take great pride in my work and the footage from that day does not reflect who I am as a professional or a person.”
