 An Estonian policeman detained by Russian security services has been charged with espionage and faces up to 20 years in prison, his Russian lawyer told AFP.

Berlin: An Estonian policeman detained by Russian security services has been charged with espionage and faces up to 20 years in prison, his Russian lawyer told AFP.

Eston Kohver, who was detained over alleged intelligence gathering in Russia, "faces up to 20 years in prison", lawyer Nikolai Polozov told AFP. Tallinn has accused Moscow of abducting its national at gunpoint from Estonian territory.
