Crimea: In third such attack in last two days, Russian troops fired shots and used stun grenades to take over a Ukrainian naval base in Crimea`s Feodosia, reports said Monday.

The BBC reported that the Ukrainian base had been attacked by Russian forces from two sides. according to Ukraine`s Defence spokesman Vladislav Seleznyov.

Ukrainians have been rounded up and the officers` hands have been tied, the BBC quoted Vladislav Seleznyov.

Earlier on Friday, Russia had taken control of other two Ukrainian naval bases in Crimea.

Russia is continuing the process of occupying Ukrainian establishments in Crimea where Russian flags have been hoisted.

Meanwhile, expressing concern over the increased presence of Russian troops on Ukraine`s eastern borders , the NATO has warned of possible Russian incursion into the Moscow-backed separatist territory of Moldova.

NATO`s top commander, General Philip Breedlove said, "The force that is at the Ukrainian border now to the east is very, very sizeable and very, very ready”.
"What I think is worrisome is that Russia has used these series of snap exercises to sort of condition us," he added.

Meanwhile Ukraine`s National Security and Defence Council chief Andriy Parubiy has expressed fears that Russia was poised to attack Ukraine at any time, the AFP reported.
"The aim of Putin is not Crimea, but all of Ukraine... His troops massed at the border are ready to attack at any moment," Parubiy told thousands of demonstrators gathered in central Kiev.

"The occupant may cross the border any day. In Putin`s morbid imagination, Ukraine should be part of Russia," he said.
