Copenhagen: Russian President Dmitry Medvedev hopes for a constructive discussion on the new international treaty on energy security.
It is necessary "to create strong standards and regulations of energy cooperation for the future," the President said in a Russian-Danish business conference yesterday.
"It is necessary to update international standards and regulations of energy cooperation, including a new version of the energy charter," President Medvedev said.
