Sanaa: Loyalists of Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh blocked roads in the capital Sanaa on Sunday in protest at a Gulf-brokered plan for an end to his 33-year-rule sparking questions over his readiness to ink it.
Armed with batons and carrying his pictures, Saleh's partisans blocked access to the presidential palace, a correspondent reported.
They also used rocks to block roads leading to the airport and to Tahrir Square near government headquarters.
