Saudi Arabia: Saudi Arabia`s Interior Ministry has identified the bomber who targeted the anti-terror chief as a wanted Saudi man who had expressed his intention to surrender.
In Tuesday`s statement, the ministry says Abdullah Hassan Tali Assiri was a Yemen-based militant. It says the explosion happened as the official, Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, was on the phone encouraging other Saudi militants in Yemen to come forward.

Government-run Saudi TV showed scenes from the prince`s home, where the explosion took place Thursday night. It showed bits of human flesh, an arm and part of a torso of a young man.

Mohammed, widely credited for the kingdom`s fierce anti-terror campaign, was lightly wounded in the attack.
