London: Scotland Yard says it has made its seventh arrest related to the inquiry into phone hacking at the now-defunct News of The World tabloid, releasing few further details.
London's Metropolitan Police say the 60-year-old man was arrested early Thursday morning at a residential address and was currently being held at a police station.
The man's name was not disclosed. Police in Britain rarely identify suspects before they've been charged.
